How much will my rent be?
Rent is determined by the HUD Income Limits and Maximum Rent Table which is released every year by HUD and CHFA.

Is there a waiting list?
Yes.

How do I get more information?

How can I apply for a rental unit?
Please call (720) 946-6032  for information and get on our mailing list to receive a copy of the application & instructions by mail.

What about security deposits?
A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent is due when a lease is signed.

What other fees may be involved in renting a unit?
A $25.00 application fee (per adult) is due when you submit an application.

Is there a credit check?
Yes. All applications for residency will be processed through a credit-reporting agency. All
responsible parties 18 years or older must complete and sign the application. In reviewing the application, all or part of the following areas will be taken into consideration:
-Credit
-Resident/Rental History
-Employment and Other Income
-Criminal History

Pets?
No Pets allowed.

Full time Student?
Globeville Townhomes has to follow tax credits rules which exempt the entire household from being occupied with full time students.  The following exceptions apply: 

  1. The students receive assistance under Title IV of the Social Security Act (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families or TANF, formerly AFDC);
  2. The students are enrolled in a job training program receiving assistance under the Job Training Partnership Act or under other similar Federal, State or Local laws;
  3. The student is a single parents with child(ren) and such parents and the child(ren) are not dependents of other individual;
  4. The students are married and file a joint tax return;
  5. A student who was previously under the care and placement responsibility of the State Agency responsible for administering a plan ner Title IV of the Social Security Act (Foster Care); 

 Does Globeville accept Section 8 residents?
Yes.

How long does the application process take?
Pending availability, the application process will take approximately two weeks.
